Documentation
Definition
If you set this indicator, you activate the authorization check for each position and the general authorization check is deactivated.
In the case of the general authorization check, the system determines all the possible combinations for the company code, valuation area and product type, based on the predefined selection options. The check is only successful if the user executing the report is authorized for all the determined combinations. If an authorization check fails, the report is not run.
The authorization check for each position checks whether the user executing the report has the relevant authorization. The system only displays the positions for which authorization exists.
