Definition

Definition of output way to issue a tax form

Use

Here you define which output specification should be set up and on which level of aggregation and detail they should be produced.

The following ways are supported:

  1. Issue a SAP-Script form
  2. Print a plain list
  3. Create a magnetic tape
  4. Use the HR-formular tables T512P and T512Q

Multiple ways per tax form are possible.

Example

If you want to set up the federal tax form 941 to be handled via SAPscript, you have to choose the output way '1', if you want to produce a SAPscript and a magnetic tape, you have to set up one entry with output way '1' and one indicating '3'.
