The Period field contains a code that indicates how frequently compensation shown in the Amount from and to fields is paid, for example, monthly, bi-weekly, and so on.

Use

Use this field to identify how frequently compensation is paid. There are 2 ways to do so. Either:

• type in the appropriate code, or
• retrieve a list of codes and make a selection by either:
  pressing F4, or
  clicking on the down arrow
