Definition
Determines whether stacking of UIBBs is enabled in the selected column.
Use
UIBBs within a panel can be stacked in a column; the stacked UIBBs are similar to a tabstrip in appearance.
The stacked layout enables the user to move a UIBB in and out of a stacked panel.
