Definition

Determines whether a button-choice uses the last selected action item as a temporary default.

Use

A button-choice enables you to select different action items using the same button; available action items are displayed in a selection list below the button-choice.

This field allows you to set the last selected action item as a temporary default action item. When the button-choice is chosen again, the system automatically selects the last action item without the user having to select it again from the list; the name of the last action item appears as the name of the button-choice.

The default action item is only valid until the user closes the application or chooses a new action item of the button-choice from the selection list. If the user reopens the application, the system once again shows the standard name of the button-choice. If the user selects a new action item, it then becomes the new default action item.
