Determines whether an application allows personalization by the user or not.
Use
You can allow personalization, for example, at Overview Page (OVP) application level and OVP content area level.
Dependencies
A personalization of a specific OVP content area level is only possible if the personalization is activated at OVP application level and at this specific content area level.
If you do not activate personalization at OVP application level, the system blocks the activation at content area level.
