Use
You can change/display the table field names for the selected field, or -if they are all blank - you can enter a new field name and additional information. You can then place the cursor on a blank position in the window editor. The appropriate single field will be created in this selected position.

Use
This field is used to determine the table field name for the field, whose value range is to be restricted, as a condition, when printing the fields displayed in the window editor, and following field information part.

Examples
You want to print the number field for the daily flextime balance. To do so, choose the 'ZES-ANZHL' field in the 'ED' block. As a condition, state that the time type should be equal to 0005 (flextime balance), 'ZART EQ 0005'.
In the 'FE' block, you only want to print the messages with error number '11'. To do so, specify the pseudo field '---LINE---' as the printing field with 0 as the length. This type of error is indicated using '^'. Choose 'ERROR EQ 11' as condition. This means that, in the case of database records with a different error number, the whole record/the whole line is not printed.

Use
Here you enter the substitute value that is to be printed if the condition of an IF component is filled. You can enter the following:
- A direct value
If you enter a direct value, you must insert a quotation mark. - A text module
In the Table field, enter TEXT, and in the Field field, enter the number of the text module. - A table field
In the Table field, enter the table name and in the Field field, enter the field name. Note the restrictions for field names. For more information, see the SAP Library under Human Resources -> HR Tools -> Form Editor -> Set up rule.
If you do not make an entry in this field, the original value is printed.
