Case 1
First period Year / No. : 2001 / 05
You can generate inbound correspondence for May 2001, but not for April 2001.

First Period Year / No. : 2001 / 0
You can generate inbound correspondence for January 2001.

First Period Year / No. : 2001 / 13
You can generate inbound correspondence for January 2002, but not for December 2001.
