Definition

The status of a task list tells you to what extent processing of the task list as a whole is complete. Each task list has one of the following statuses:

• Not Released: The task list has been created (no icon) but is only visible in transaction FCC_CLOCOC.
• Released: The task list has been released (Icon: green flag 1026) and is therefore also visible in transaction FCC_CLOCO. Status Released can only be set manually in the change mode by choosing Display Basic Data 945.
• Active: The task list is currently being processed by the system (icon: white clock 833). This status is set automatically as soon as the first task is started.
• Complete: The task list has been completed (icon: green point 1003). This status can only be set manually in the change mode by choosing Display Basic Data 945.

Templates always have status Not Released and this status cannot be changed.
