Definition
The default remote task is used to trigger time monitoring or exception handling via the Remote Scheduler for manual activities.
Use
When the task list includes a default remote task, the system schedules for each manual task a remote job that can trigger an exception handling, for example, when the task begins too late or ends prematurely.
