Definition
Indication if the company is "exposed to international competition". All companies that belong to the exporting branch are concerned.
A more specific list of branches is given in the EC-directive 3037/90 of the Council of 09/10/90.
Input values
Possible values are
- OFF = Slightly exposed gives right to the normal Maribel reduction
- ON = Heavily exposed gives right to the Maribel-bis reduction
As from 1st April 97 there is a new Maribel rule: Maribel-IV. So that, the above mentioned distinction is no longer valid. There is only one type of reduction.
