Definition
Evaluation criterium that indicates the priority of a workitem.
The highest priority is 1, the lowest 9.
When an agent receives a workitem with priority 1, the system notifies him/her with a dialog box. All other priorities have no functional meaning; however, they can be used as an evaluation criterium in Business Workplace folders.
