Definition

Specifies how the system should round off a monetary amount during the currency conversion.

Use

You only need to make an entry in this field if you want to specify how you want the system to round off amounts during the currency conversion. If you leave the field empty, the system rounds off the amounts automatically to two decimal places.

You can make the following entries:

• +: Round Up
• -: Round Down
• K: To Nearest

If you enter the rounding type K in this field, and the value 1 in the Rounding Divisor field, the result is the same as if you do not enter anything in either field.

Dependencies

If you enter a rounding type in this field, you must also enter a value in the Rounding Divisor field.
