Definition
Level on which the summation result should be printed.
Use
In this field you set up what kind of
- summation information
- detailed information
you want to issue when producing a tax form.
In general the values applicable for this field can be separated in two classes, the values triggering the processing on the first appearance of an object (such as cover pages per ) and according to the values to tax data and their aggregation.
The values of class one are:
- Information about content of tax form. Such as a general sender reporting for different tax companies
- Information about the current reported tax company.
- Information about the current reported worksite.
- Information about the current reported employee.
The values of class two are:
- The values per worksite will be cumulated together.
- The values per tax company will be cumulated together.
- The values per tax form will be cumulated together.
Example
Beside your regular federal tax form W2 you want to have a cumulation of the employee data per worksite printed separately as well as a total sheet over all employees according to the specifications of the W2. So you have to add one entry containing aggregational level '5' and one with a '7'.
As a result you would get after all employees W2 the print out of all worksites "W2s" and after those the total "W2".
