Definition
The remuneration statistics of the metal industry consist of several
surveys:
- Salary statistics for salaried employees
- Remuneration statistics; wage group display (summary procedure)
- Remuneration statistics; work value display (analytical procedure)
The report for creating the remuneration statistics in the metal industry offers you the possibility of choosing the statistics to be created using the appropriate parameter (combinations are supported).
Since the summary procedure must be created separately for different employee groups (distinguishing between foundry employees and non-foundry employees), this survey must be started in a second program run (if there is a foundry in your business). If there is no foundry in your business, you can create all surveys in one program run.
Control the difference between foundry employees and non-foundry employees by making entries in the employee group/subgroup and personnel area/subarea on the selection screen.
