Industrial accident and industrial disease Social Insurance contribution epigraph.

This epigraph is a supplemenatary procedure to epigraph 113, and applies when calculating the Social Insurance contribution premium for managerial and technical personnel in non-operational jobs.

Admissible values:

• ' ' --> the employee's actual epigraph will be used for the Social
  Insurance contribution, as indicated in the corresponding field.
  'X' --> the epigraph 14 procedure will be used for the Social Insurance
  contribution, epigraph 113 percentages being compared against
  those entered in the "Epigraphe" field.
