Use
By means of the applicant's personnel number you can have the system transfer existing personal data and address data on an internal applicant or former employee automatically.
In order to do this, entries must be made in the following fields:
- Applicant group
- Applicant range
- Personnel area
- Job advertisement
Procedure
- Specify the existing personnel number for the internal applicant or former employee and press ENTER.
- If necessary you can overwrite the values transferred.
