Definition
Classification of migration objects
Use
The migration class uniquely links a migration object with an object type in the Business Object Repository. You use this information to display the data objects for the IS-U key saved in KSM.
During certain actions (transport of migration Customizing, for example), the target object is checked to determine whether is belongs to the same migration class as the source object.
Procedure
Allocate every migration object to a migration class.
Examples
Migration objects ACCOUNT, ACCOUNT2 and ACC_NEW can all be allocated to class ACCOUNT.
