Use
If the current employer has contacted you because the employee has entered retirement and has informed you of the retirement date, you enter the date at the end of which the entry into retirement occurs in the Entry: Pension input field. If the current employer has contacted you because the employee has changed employer again, you leave this Entry: Pension field empty. Instead, you fill the following Change of Employer field.
For changes of employer that occurred after the treaty came into effect, the Entry: Pension input field remains empty; instead, you fill the following Change of Employer input field.
Dependencies
For the calculation of severance pay for a change of employer before January 1, 2011, the date has a particular relevance for the interest calculation.
For the severance payment, the interest is calculated up to this date for a change of employer before January 1, 2011 without regular reimbursements according to § 107b BeamtVG.
