Definition
As part of the implementation of the training program (financing type 1), 5 types of training action are financed by the company:
- Courses
Training provided for company employees - either directly within the company
- or by way of agreements with external training organizations.
- Competence review
This review will allow beneficiaries to analyze their competences, skills and motivations with a view to defining a professional training program. - Training counseling required for implementation of the training
program. - Courses included in the time allocated to vocational training
- Training provided as part of a commitment to vocational training.
Within the framework of individual training leave or work release training (financing type 2 or 3), the "COURSE" training type is systematically taken into account.
