Definition
If the checkbox is selected, the user has admin authorization for entering the forecasted dates of the project elements. If the user does not have admin authorization, these fields are not visible.
If the checkbox is not selected, the forecasted dates are visible. If the user has the relevant authorization, he or she can enter the dates in the fields.
