Definition
Enables the task-role assignment to be changed irrespective of the status of the role.
Use
If the Resource Manager via Responsible Organization value was chosen in the Staffed By column and the Flexible Assignment indicator is selected, the project lead can change the assignment of roles to tasks in any status of the role.
