Documentation
Definition
Contains the gross double holiday pay amount the employee received from his previous employer when he left the company. This amount is mentioned on the holiday certificate.
Use
The new employer has to calculate the double holiday pay as if the employee had worked for him during the period he worked for the previous employer(s). The employee receives a normal double holiday pay from his new employer, after deduction of the amount he already received from his previous employer. This is called double holiday pay settlement.
