Definition

Indicates that the employer receives a payment reduction for this employee's participation in further education or training activities.

Use

You select this checkbox to process the associated payment reduction in payroll for the following situations:

  • Employee participates in activities relating to a workplace internship (beroepspraktijkvorming van de beroepsbegeleidende leerweg)
  • Employee is working as an education assistant or researcher, or as a doctoral degree (PhD) student
  • Employee is working as a private sector legal person or Knowledge for Business (TNO) participant
  • Employee is working within the scope of an initial education in higher vocational education (HBO)

Dependencies

If this checkbox is selected, the associated payment reduction is processed in payroll using function NAK00, which generates wage type /443 to record the corresponding payment reduction.
