Definition
This data element is used as a parameter in the RPCD3MD0 report. As long as the parameter is not set, the standard key (last name+first name, converted into uppercase letters) is used for optical archiving.
In the current release, only the value '1' of the parameter has an effect on the generation of the key for the optical archive. The date of birth of the employee (in the format dd.mm.yyyy) is then entered in the key field.
