Logical grouping of one or more standard responses that determines which standard responses are available to agents when selecting them from the chat or e-mail screens.
Use
Standard response groups are created in Customizing activity Define Standard Response Groups. They can be assigned to e-mail and/or chat profiles. Only one standard response group can be assigned to each e-mail or chat profile.
