Definition

Technical name of the navigational link that the system uses when users select My Scripts from the navigation bar in the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient.

Use

This field is only relevant for non-CRM scenarios, such as the Employee Interaction Center available in Human Capital Management. It is not relevant for CRM applications.

• If you want to link to the default scripting screen, leave this field blank.
• If you want to link to a different screen, enter the technical name of the navigational link in this field.

  In order to use a different navigational link than the default, you must have previously defined the view(s) you want to use and defined a navigational link for them in the code.
