Definition

Stores the history of scripts that were executed. This history is stored in the Business Information Warehouse (BW).

Use

As of BW release 2.1C with support package 8, if you set this indicator, the system writes interactive scripting data into BW for certain profiles for analysis purposes. The interactive scripting data that is recorded includes answers entered by the agent and the business partner's name.

This information is saved to BW at the following CRM events:

• End contact
• Launch another script
• User chooses Stop/ClearScreen

Dependencies

You must be using a BW system in addition to the CRM System. If you set this indicator and do not have a BW system, no information will be recorded. This feature is not available in BW releases prior to 2.1C with support package 8.
