Use
Choose this option if the entry belongs in the personalized area of the navigation bar. Agents can add or remove entries in the personalized area in the index.
The system uses the personalized area default settings for first-time users and for agents who have not yet selected their own preferred entries.
When agents select their preferred entries, the system creates a personalized agent profile for them. This new profile is used instead of the default settings for the personalized area you maintained in this activity. However, if you make changes to the default personalized area, the system first looks at the agent's personalized profile and then compares it to the default. If you removed entries from the default area, these entries will no longer be available to the agent, even if it's in their agent profile. If you add entries to the default area, the agent will see this entry in the index and can choose to add it to the personalized area of the navigation bar.
