Interaction Center (IC) e-mail addresses or fax numbers in which incoming items can be sent to, or outgoing items can be sent from.

Use

• Inbound Items

  All incoming e-mail addresses and fax numbers that customers send documents to. For example, customers send e-mail questions to [e-mail].

• Outbound Items

  All outgoing e-mail addresses that agents can use from the IC. These addresses are assigned to editor profiles in Define E-Mail Editor Profiles, which are then assigned to the IC Profile.
