Use

Parameters are used to pass information between the URL application and the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient. They are generally used for input fields, though they can also be used for other processing, depending on the application.

NOTE: Only string based parameters are supported.

Dependencies

You must use the same name as the parameter in the URL application, otherwise, the parameter will not be recognized.
