Type of transaction that is launched when called or executed.

You can launch the following transaction types:

  • Business object repository (BOR)
  • People-Centric User Interface (UI)

    If you are using object links in the People-Centric UI, then agents must be assigned to the SAP_PCC_IC_AGENT role. This role defines which object links are available.

    If you want to maintain additional object links, then maintain the blueprint table CRMC_PRT_ROLE_MO. For more information, see SAP Service Marketplace (http://service.sap.com/crm-inst). Choose SAP CRM 4.0-> Administrating the Business Package for SAP CRM 4.0 50.1, section Maintaining Object Link Metadata in the Repository Tables.

  • IS-U front office process

    The front office process must already be defined in an IS-U/CCS system.
