Definition
Determines if the host name identication (ID) applet is loaded when agents start the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient. This is relevant for free seating scenarios, where the host name of the client is used for work center identification.
Use
You set this indicator if you want the applet to determine the host name only if the IC WebClient cannot determine the host name at application server. If you set this indicator, you must change browser security settings. For more information, see Note 812399.
