Use

You can choose:

  • ICI (Integrated Communication Interface)
  • Agent Inbox

    The agent inbox receives e-mails from the SAPconnect interface via SAP Business Workflow. If you select the agent inbox, you have to define a main category, INT, for your profile in Customizing activity Define Inbox Profile. There are default profiles available that already have the appropriate settings maintained, depending upon which e-mail provider you choose in this activity. For more information, see the agent inbox Customizing documentation.

If you do not select a value, ICI is used.
