Definition

Controls the manual assignment of IC agents to channels and/or queues at runtime using the Agent Dashboard.

Use

You can customize whether you want IC agents to be able to assign themselves to the following:

  • No manual assignment (Default)
  • Queues only
  • Channels only
  • Queues and Channels

    Note: These settings depend on whether your CMS provider supports the assignment to channels and/or queues by agents at runtime.

Dependencies

You have to make sure you have the correct WEBCUIF system installed. For more information, see SAP Note 1628588.
