Alert message text shown to agents in the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient context area.

Use

You can enter any combination of text and placeholders. Placeholders must be within square brackets, for example, [placeholdertext].

Dependencies

If you use a placeholder, the code for replacing the placeholder dynamically must be included in the alert class. You also must define the placeholder in the Placeholder node of the alert definition.
