Definition

Use

There are two event types:

  • Triggering events

    When the triggering event is raised in the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient, the alert is triggered and the alert message appears in the context area. You must enter at least one triggering event or the alert will not be displayed.

  • Terminating events

    (Optional) Terminates the alert and removes the alert message text from the IC WebClient context area when the event is raised. If you do not enter a terminating event, the alert message text is removed when agents select End, to end the interaction.
