Feedback option is active.
Indicator not selected
Feedback option is inactive.
Since feedback options can be referenced by other objects and components in the Software Agent Framework, if the description is changed, the meaning of the feedback option will be changed as well. To avoid the confusing situation of one feedback option having more than one description, it is important not to delete a feedback option after a knowledge base has been set up for searches, and after feedback has been received from users. Instead, this indicator should be used to inactivate any existing feedback options that are no longer required.
