Definition
Name of RFC destination maintained in RFC Connections.
Use
This RFC destination is optional. It points to a local server that should be addressed via HTTPS. It serves for starting the communication session of the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient. The necessary information is host, port, and URL path. The destination has to be of type H, protocol should be HTTPS.
Dependencies
This value is only used if you are using communication management software. If you do not enter a value here, then the system uses the value set in the Internet Communication Manager (ICM). If your ICM system allows both settings, HTTP is the default value.
