Definition
If you have made the settings for a dynamic toolbar, you can define that different buttons are available depending on the status of the interaction of the user with the contact and the connection to the communication management software (CMS).
Use
- To display the button when the user is logged off of the CMS, select the Logged Off checkbox.
- To display the button when the user is logged on to the CMS but is not in a call, select the Idle checkbox.
- To display the button when the user is logged on to the CMS but is in a call, select the Busy checkbox.
