Use
If you want users to manually log on to the communication management software (CMS) when they log on to the CRM WebClient UI, select the Manual Logon checkbox.
If you want users to automatically log on to the CMS when they log on to the CRM WebClient UI, do not select the Manual Logon checkbox.
