Definition
Specifies the cumulated monthly costs for all health plans in which a qualified is enrolled in his/her own name (and therefore required to make his/her own payments for coverage). This amount is cumulated between the start of COBRA coverage and a key date.
Use
Cumulated costs are displayed in the COBRA cost summary and used by the COBRA payments monitor to determine payments overdue.
