Definition
Specifies the number of days within which the qualified beneficiary must notify the plan administrator that he or she is no longer disabled.
Use
Plan administrators are entitled to terminate continuation of coverage for disabled qualified beneficiaries, during the extension of continuation coverage period, if it has been determined that the individual is no longer disabled.
