Select systems from SMSY

Use

If the Control system is a Solution Manager system then user can see this option on trying to Add systems for Statistics collection. On selection of this option, CDMC collects the list of all Production systems for all the Logical components from SMSY and displays this list to the user for selection. The user can choose the desired combination of Production system and Logical component from this list and proceed.

On selection of a Production system CDMC fetches the TMW Connection for this system from SMSY and adds it to the screen, provided the SP levels check for ST-PI component and the necessary CDMC authorizations are fulfilled for that system.

Prerequisite

There should be a TMW destination generated from SMSY for the system desired to be added as Statistics system. The RFC user for this TMW destination should have the necessary authorizations in the Statistics system. For this check if the profile SAP_S_SM_EXECUTE is associated to the technical user in the TMW connection.
