Definition
Activation of IDoc Copy Management
Use
This indicator allows you to activate the copy logic regardless of reorganization.
The IDoc Copy Management enables you to copy outbound IDocs from a reference store to a ship-to party. The indicator activates the tool and can be used both in a dialog process as well as in the background.
Dependencies
Executing the copy logic is dependent upon the result of the consistency check - as long as the consistency check is activated by the 'consistency check' indicator. If the consistency check is activated and there are no inconsistencies, the copy logic is started when the indicator is activated. If errors or inconsistencies occur in the active consistency check, the copy logic is not started in spite of being activated. The program is terminated with a log output about the inconsistencies or errors that occurred.
If the consistency check is not activated, and errors or inconsistencies occurred in the data maintenance, the copy logic is started and only the references that do not contain errors are included. This can lead to data being lost.
