Definition
Specifies the function in which a business partner is assigned to a real estate. The partner functions may belong to individuals, institutions and establishments.
Use
The business partner function specifies the relationship of the business partner with respect to the real estate. A partner function may also be of legal or natural significance such as the notary, administrator, utilizer and other beneficiaries.
In the CMS, business partner details are maintained in an external business partner system. Using the partner function, you can locate the partner details maintained in the external system.
Dependencies
Business partner functions are defined in the Implementation Guide (IMG) activity Define Business Partner Function. In the same Customizing activity, you can specify an external role for the corresponding partner function of Real Estate object management system.
This mapping with the external partner function is used to locate partner details maintained in the external system.
