Definition

Specifies the value of the main real estate object or the building part.

Note : You must maintain the final object value for the main real estate object and its building parts independent of the other. If you are maintaining the value details of the main real estate object, enter the final value of the main real estate object. If you are maintaining the object parts, enter the value of the individual building parts.

Use

The system uses the final object value to determine the lending value of the main real estate object. The total lending value of a real estate object is calculated as the sum of the lending value of the main real estate object and the lending values of the individual building parts.

Note: You can use the business data toolset (BDT) Customizing to change the name of this field depending on the business requirement.

Use
