Definition
Denominator share of the sub-asset in the total proportional share of an asset.
Use
You specify this value if more than one business partners share the ownership of the sub-asset. You also use this value to specify the rank of a sub-asset in a charge on a collateral agreement.
Example
If the proportional share of the sub-asset is one-third, the denominator share can be specified as three.
