Definition
Specifies the value of the asset calculated based on the specified advance rate on the object value.
Dependencies
Varies depending on the advance rate type default/specific/specific+incremental. If the advance rate type is default, the system discounts the same amount of object value after each valuation. If the rate type is specific, you can specify an advance rate of your choice after each valuation. Similarly, you can also set a specific+incremental advance rate type for each individual object.
Note: In any case, the sum of advance rates must not exceed hundred percent.
