Use
You define patent types to classify patents with similar attributes. For each patent object, a patent type determines the values for the following :
- Frequency of valuation
- Business partner functions
- Value types
- Insurance types
- Correspondence group
- Correspondence role
Dependencies
You must assign a patent type to each new patent object. You can define patent types in the Implementation Guide (IMG) activity Define Patent Types.
